Superior Essex, a leading global manufacturer of wire and cable products, relocated to The Pavilion, a Class-A office property located at 5770 Powers Ferry Road, Sandy Springs, GA to open the month of March.
Its new location spans two full-floors and has 57,078 square feet of space, featuring an open floor plan designed to facilitate collaboration and spark creativity. Having served a variety of industries for 85 years, this relocation allows the global company to continue optimizing productivity and efficiency while increasing talent acquisition by embracing modern workplace trends.
“We are excited for the years of opportunity this transition will provide for Superior Essex. We’re looking forward to aligning our culture of collaboration, agility, engagement, and respect with our workplace – this will be made possible with this move to The Pavilion’s tenant-focused site,” said Anna Basista, Vice President of Global Human Resources for Superior Essex.
Relocating from an office nearby, the move enabled Superior Essex to maintain its strategic position in Atlanta’s Northwest market, allowing employees to experience seamless access and connectivity to the clients they service and surrounding business centers.
Additionally, and coordinated with the move into its new corporate office space, the executive team at Superior Essex announced the opening of an employee library.
Each of the two library spaces are located in the social hub spaces of the facility and the pair offers a wide range of materials, including bilingual books, magazines, and other periodicals for employees to either read at their leisure or take off-site.
Superior Essex CEO Brian Kim put the plans for this project in motion concurrently with the move into The Pavilion building and believes that it will continue to enrich the work-life balance that is important to the culture of the company.
“The new library spaces will be a wonderful addition to the social hub as well as to the overall Superior Essex corporate vision,” Kim said. “As a longtime advocate for access to educational resources, I consider a library to be a symbol of a company that places a high priority on learning and positive development. It is my hope that this addition will increase the quality work experience for everyone.”
