VP, Customer Experience
Keith Hoover is Vice President of Customer Experience at Superior Essex Communications, a position he was promoted to in 2025. In this role he leads post-sale operations including Engineering Services, Product Engineering, Warranty and Customer Assurance, Customer Service and Inside Sales, as well as Plant Quality Operations. Hoover joined Superior Essex in 2016 and has held key roles including Senior Quality Engineer and Director of Product Management, driving improvements across the company’s broadband portfolio. Prior to his time with the company Hoover held various Engineering and Project Management roles at Corning Optical, Volvo Group North America, and TE Connectivity where he earned multiple patents related to twisted pairs of insulated conductors. He holds a Master of Science in Information Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina A&T State University and is certified in Quality Auditing.
