Justin Im is the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Superior Essex. Im has been an invaluable member of our Legal team since first joining Superior Essex in 2012 and assuming leadership of the Legal department in 2017. Prior to joining Superior Essex, he was in-house counsel at a Fortune 25 company in Atlanta and practiced at global law firms in New York and Atlanta specializing in corporate, M&A, structured finance and securities law. He is a graduate of Princeton University and Fordham University School of Law.
