Greg Caudill

Greg Caudill is the VP of Technology & Engineering North America for Essex Solutions. He joined the company in 1998 and has since held various key roles, contributing to multiple initiatives including notably launching two greenfield sites in Torreón, Mexico, and Suzhou, China. Before joining the company, he worked in coil winding, over molding, and testing roles. Caudill holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Indiana Institute of Technology. He currently serves as Chairperson for the NEMA 6-MW Magnet Wire Committee and holds six patents for his innovative contributions. As a key leader, Caudill’s contributions to technology and customer care, continue to drive excellence for the magnet wire business in North America.
