Zack Jiwoon Kim

Zack Kim is the President of Essex Solutions Asia, where he leads regional magnet wire strategic initiatives, implements best practices, and oversees investment optimization. Before this role, Kim served as Vice President of Corporate Business Planning starting in 2019, following his tenure as Director of FP&A in Asia and Human Resources Director at Superior Essex since 2012. Kim’s extensive background includes nine years as Human Resources Director at LS Cable & System. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Sungkyunkwan University and studied at the Graduate School of Labor Studies at Korea University in South Korea. Kim’s broad experience in business planning, finance, and human resources has positioned him to drive key strategic goals and operational excellence.
