Matt Leach

Matt Leach is the VP of the North America Innovation Center for Essex Solutions. He was responsible for launching and overseeing the MagForceX® Innovation Centers prior to this role. With nearly 25 years of experience at the company, Leach has held increasing responsibilities in technology and operations, also serving as Vice President of Operations for magnet wire operations in North America. He is responsible for driving innovation across multiple disciplines to support the company’s technological advancements. Leach holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology and an MBA from Indiana University, combining technical expertise with strong business acumen to propel innovation strategies.
