Rhett White

Rhett White is the Vice President, Legal & Corporate Secretary for Superior Solutions—a role he assumed in July 2025. White plays a key role in overseeing all legal matters, corporate governance, compliance, and risk management for the organization. He joined Superior Essex in 2012 and most recently served as both Intellectual Property Counsel and Assistant General Counsel - IP. Before joining the organization, he served as a Patent Attorney at Sutherland Asbill & Brennan for seven years. White earned his J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law and holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
